The Beet is a collaboration of Amy Young and Felino Samson, two hospitality pros that share a passion for good food, fun atmospheres, and colorful travel adventures. We felt there was a niche for welcoming, healthy food, in a relaxed style on Nantucket. We merged our fine dining experience with our laid back personalities to create something unique on island.
Felino channels his Filipino heritage and love of travel to create a menu that brings the bold flavors of Latin + Asian cuisines to the Nantucket dining scene. Try something new or indulge in few of your Beet favorites as our full menu is served 'all day'.
